Terms:
  • $250 when completing 200 hours from your start date
  • $250 when completing 500 hours from your start date

  • Does not include overtime hours (max 40/week)
  • 2nd & 3rd payout requires 90% EVV (clocking in and out)
  • Non-family caregivers: strong attendance required
  • Must be active employee at payout time
